Terms of Use Policy for The Bar Talk Happy Hour
## Introduction
This document outlines the Terms of Use ("Terms") that govern the relationship between "The Bar Talk Happy Hour" ("Show") and any radio station or broadcasting entity ("Station") that agrees to air the Show. By airing the Show, the Station agrees to adhere to these Terms.
## License
The Show grants the Station a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to air the Show subject to the following conditions:
- The Show must be aired in its entirety, including all segments, advertisements, and sponsor messages.
- The Station may not alter, edit, or modify the content of the Show in any way.
- The Show's content is copyrighted, and the Station is prohibited from using the content for any purpose other than airing the Show.
## Broadcast Schedule
- The Station agrees to air the Show at the agreed-upon times and dates.
- Any changes to the broadcast schedule must be approved in writing by the Show's producers.
- Stations may be asked from time to time to show proof of airing the show on the agreed upon dates and times.
## Compliance with Laws
- The Station is responsible for ensuring that the airing of the Show complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- The Station agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Show from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the Station's breach of this provision.
## Termination
- The Station may terminate the agreement to air the Show by providing at least **30 days written notice** to the Show's producers prior to the desired termination date.
- The Show reserves the right to terminate the license if the Station fails to comply with these Terms.
- Upon termination, the Station must immediately cease airing the Show and delete any copies of the Show's content.
## Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Show and the Station regarding the airing of the Show.
- Any amendments to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By airing "The Bar Talk Happy Hour," the Station acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
